Each menu begins its journey months in advance, deep in the forests and fells of Lapland. We hand-forage wild herbs, berries, and mushrooms during summer and autumn, and source fish and meat from small-scale, ethical producers who share our respect for nature and sustainability. The result is a multi-course dinner that reflects the Arctic year – pure, seasonal, and deeply rooted in place.

Our pricing is tailored to each event based on the number of guests, menu complexity, and location. Below are example packages to give you an idea of what to expect: 

4 Course dinner

Each menu includes a seasonal amuse-bouche (chef's greeting) and the selected number of courses. For example, a 4-course menu includes four dishes plus the amuse-bouche.

The price covers: private chef, full table service, tableware, travel costs within the Levi area, setup, and VAT (14%).

Taste of Lapland Cooking Class – Tacos with a Northern Twist

In this cooking class, the power of Lapland's nature meets the joy of making food by hand. We begin by crafting tortillas from reindeer fat and barley – humble ingredients that carry the story of the North. The fillings are created together, inspired by the forest: smoke, acidity, depth and surprise.

To finish, a dessert is layered into a glass – blueberry and thyme wrapped in creamy textures and toasted oat crumble, like the final flavor of a walk through the woods.
